Executive Director

Marcus Pegross is the Executive Director for Coronado Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care. He moved here in 2001 and has been in healthcare since 1998 starting as a Certified Nurses Aid. He received his nursing license in 2007. His mission is to improve lives for the residents of our community, as well as the staff that he employs here.

Judy Williams
Wellness Director

Judy Williams is our Health and Wellness Director. She has been a nurse in the Las Vegas area since 1989. She brings with her an extensive knowledge of a variety of specialties as well as over 20 years of geriatric care experience. She is honored to care for the aging population and plans to provide compassionate care to our residents on a daily basis.

Dijana Sudarevic
Director of Community Relations

Dijana Sudarevic serves as the Community Relations Director for Coronado Heights Senior Living. In her role, Dijana oversees the Marketing Department along with guiding families and potential residents through the sometimes difficult transition from home to Assisted Living or Memory Care. She also oversees all of our social media activity as well as advertising and community branding. As the Community Relations Director, she plans to utilize her customer relations experience to help the community grow and help families that are going through this transition with their loved one.
Since receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business from University of Nevada Las Vegas, she has been working in the sales and marketing industry for about 10 years, the last 6 years in the healthcare industry. Dijana brings with her a compassion for seniors. She really knows how to adapt to each situation and help our current and potential residents discover how to maximize their quality of life in the most independent setting as possible. Dijana loves getting to meet new families and learning about their life stories. Originally from Europe, she now lives in Las Vegas with her husband and two children.

Samantha is happy to be a part of the Coronado Heights team to open our new community. She stated, "I could not be happier to be a part of this brand new building, and an amazing team of professionals!" Her ultimate goal as Activity Director is to provide an innovative, fun and engaging program to meet the needs and diversity of our residents! She has been in healthcare for over three years, starting from the ground up having developed vital tools, taken critique and developed skills she has and will continue to implement into her department. Samantha has learned from the best people who grace our corridors every day and prides herself in being able to serve. The following is how Samantha describes her zest for life; "I’m spontaneous, energetic, creative and compassionate. My life mission is being able to give back and enhance people’s lives! Secondary to this amazing Coronado family is my own family and stepdaughter whom I cherish, my love of the theater, song, and dance and as the quote goes “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” I look forward to meeting you!"

Jonet Garcia
Business Office Manager

Jonet has been a part of the medical field for over 10 years. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Skilled Nursing and Rehab. She relocated with her family to Las Vegas where she became a Lead Med Tech and Caregiver in both Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities.
Jonet states "I am very excited to be a part of the Coronado Heights family! I look at each resident as a blessing and look forward to getting to know them. I am thankful for the opportunity I have to care for each resident and their families."
Jonet has a great passion for caring for others. She is a foster Mom turned adoptive Mom to two fur babies Mia and Roxy (Staffordshire Terriers) and to her senior puppy Martini the Chihuahua.
Jonet married her high school sweetheart 11 years ago. She has four beautiful children. In her spare time, she loves being at home with her family spending quality time together. One of Jonet's favorite quotes and main goals in life is "try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud".

Maintenance Director David Norman

Maintenance Director

David has been in the community maintenance field for 25 plus years with 15 of those years in the senior care communities. David has been a resident of Las Vegas for 12 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has been married to his wife April for 21 wonderful years. His two four-legged members in his family keep him busy. They have a Yorkie named Sassy and a Morkie named Willow. David says “we are proud to be a part of this brand new senior care community. The team we have assembled is knowledgeable, loving, and caring. We look forward to serving our residents and their families and getting to know them on a personal level.”

Luis is excited to be a new resident of Las Vegas valley but mostly excited to be part of Coronado Heights Senior Living family. He has been a professional Chef for about 12 years now. Luis started his career in Southern California receiving his degree in culinary arts and working in fine dining restaurants for a couple of years. Luis then moved to Houston, Texas where he continued working in the restaurant industry. He was nominated as one of the best chefs in Katy, Texas by Katy Magazine. In 2007, Luis began working in the Senior Living Industry. He fell in love and felt a strong passion for the services we provided to our residents right away. Luis says “I love to bring culinary creativity with passion to each plate we prepare.” Luis and his wife will be celebrating their 5 year anniversary in January and have two beautiful children. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys time with his family doing activities they all enjoy doing together.

Sara Bennett
Life Enrichment Director

Sarah comes from the North East. She wanted to escape the cold winters, so she moved to Las Vegas in 2016. She graduated from Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire with a degree in Sport and Leisure Management. She has been working in activities with the Alzheimer/Dementia population for the last 13 years. She enjoys making her residents laugh, and admires her residents very much.

Roanne Marie Solomon, LPN
Resident Services Director

Roanne has brought her passion for nursing to Coronado Heights as the Resident Services Director. While her days consist of multiple meetings, following up with physician and fulfilling staffing needs, her real joy comes from her interactions with the residents of Coronado Heights. She does not hesitate to offer her assistance whether it’s helping to pass medications or assist a resident with their daily needs.

Roanne comes home to a husband and their boy Gunner – a Siberian Husky! They have been living in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2016 and previously lived in Southern California where she worked as a Home Health Nurse. Roanne loves challenges and is eager to help build Coronado Heights to be a pillar of care in the assisted living community.
