Marcus Pegross is the Executive Director for Coronado Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care. He moved here in 2001 and has been in healthcare since 1998 starting as a Certified Nurses Aid. He received his nursing license in 2007. His mission is to improve lives for the residents of our community, as well as the staff that he employs here.
Director of Community Relations
Dijana Sudarevic serves as the Community Relations Director for Coronado Heights Senior Living. In her role, Dijana oversees the Marketing Department along with guiding families and potential residents through the sometimes difficult transition from home to Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Community Lifestyle Director
Samantha Rivero is excited to share her creativity and passion as “Community Lifestyle Director.” With years of experience within Senior Living, Samantha is known for designing and cultivating innovative outlets to enhance community structure and appeal.
Jason Reynolds our New Executive Chef is originally from southern California and has been living in the Las Vegas valley for almost 16 years. Chef Reynolds has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Las Vegas and Southern California. He comes to Coronado Heights with a passion for hospitality and delicious food.
Judy Williams is our Health and Wellness Director. She has been a nurse in the Las Vegas area since 1989. She brings with her an extensive knowledge of a variety of specialties as well as over 20 years of geriatric care experience. She is honored to care for the aging population and plans to provide compassionate care to our residents on a daily basis.
Resident Services Director
Roanne has brought her passion for nursing to Coronado Heights as the Resident Services Director. While her days consist of multiple meetings, following up with physician and fulfilling staffing needs, her real joy comes from her interactions with the residents of Coronado Heights.
Life Enrichment Director
Sarah comes from the North East. She wanted to escape the cold winters, so she moved to Las Vegas in 2016. She graduated from Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire with a degree in Sport and Leisure Management. She has been working in activities with the Alzheimer/Dementia population for the last 13 years.
Hailed from San Diego, California, Armi Guzman has been in the health industry for nearly two decades. She served the adult population for more than 10 years, and transitioned to elderly when her father started declining. She brings extensive personal and professional experience to her role as Activity Director.
Environmental Services Director
Jeff serves as our Environmental Services Director and has over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry.
He keeps our facility running smoothly and is instrumental with our compliance standards and staff training. Jeff, his wife, and two children have called Las Vegas home for 25 years.
Business Office Manager
Erica bio to go here has been a part of the medical field for over 10 years. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Skilled Nursing and Rehab. She relocated with her family to Las Vegas where she became a Lead Med Tech.
